- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached.
3. Buyer’s Responsibility:
- Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return courier charges.
4. Exchange Availability:
- The availability of an exchange depends on the stock at that moment.
Return & Exchange Procedure:
- Take a clear picture of the defective part of the item.
- Pack the item back in its original packaging.
- Email us at admin@kpra.pk with the picture of the defective part and specify whether you want to return or exchange the item.
- We will provide you with the address to return the item.
- Visit your local courier service to send us the package.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return package and you’ve provided us with the necessary information to process your refund (such as your bank account details), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- In the case of a bank transfer, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
